You are a fantastic representative. My name is Jack Halpain I am in sixth grade at High Tech Middle Media Arts in San Diego, CA. I think this letter is important because it is coming from two sixth grade classes and not some class of high school kids because it is more effective from kids. I am sending you this letter about renewable energy because I would like you to change some of the laws so that big companies in San Diego have to use at least forty percent renewable energy. I am helping the environment in school by building a Biomass generator and windmills. We are going to install the windmills on the roof. Then do a presentation of it. It would be amazing if you could come, but I have a feeling your to busy but if you can email me back at jhalpain@HighTechHigh.org. My teacher, Mr. Kyle Wagner and Ms. Stacey Lopaz would be stoked if you came. I would also be very exited to meet one of our great representatives.

When I Felt Like A FREAK ...........
WHEN I FELT LIKE A FREAK
This morning I felt like a freak because I was just hanging out with my friends in the commons when one of my friends came up and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheak. I was confused and i fealt really awkard and was like what the heck. I dont have the same fealings for that person but i dont know why she would do that just randomly.They were probably embarresed to but thats ok because thats what friends are for. I was just very surprised when that happend.
My seccond story...
The next time i felt like a freak it wasnt just me it was two other people too. We were just walking at lunch and we walked by some friends and pointed at the sky and said "look a duck" and i guess that thought we said something else and heard them say "look bisexuals" and laugh and we found that really affensive and told a teacher and kind of sorted out the problem and he was evan affended evan thought it want to him. But since then it hasnt happened at all so i guess its better.
When I Made Someone Feal Like A FREAK...
I think that everyone feels like a freak at a point in their lifes, but it hurts when it happens. I made someone feel like q freak but i was just playing around and they took it seriously and they got mad at us. Evan though we were joking around people dont always take it like a joke so sometimes if you think the person will take it like you meant it then just dont say it or do it.

Response to News
My news was called "New rides put the ‘theme’ in theme park", from Led Zep to Evel Knievel, these are not your father’s thrill rides. I thought this was really interesting because it was about a theme park called "Hard Rock Park", it is a theme park that is all about music. What i mean by that is, the whole theme park has things like a Zepplin rollar coaster and an Eagles rollar coaster. I saw this and it just popped out at me more than any other news article. I think it jumped out at me becuase i like to try new things and going to this theme park looked like it would be fun. I also like to ride rollar coasters, if i am pushed to go on them by someone else. This was cool becuase it wasn't just a rollar coaster made up about some random thing, it is all about Rock & Roll history.
